This past weekend I began the journey of getting certified in Reiki. Our assignment was to practice it on ourselves every day this week. At the beginning of the week I was channeling my grandmother. As I typically do, I asked for a random image from the future so that I would know it was really her. She showed me a woman with long blonde hair walking in a village with people gathered around her. She looked like a tourist but yet the people were there to see her. (Like when the Royals go on tour and they are visiting to learn more about the people of a country but everyone there is also excited for them to be there.) I thought the woman was Mother Mary because of the way she looked, her humanitarian vibe, and everyone's focus on her. Then someone came and put their hands on her face. I couldn't see who it was just their hands. They looked feminine. I thought it was the village's medicine woman. The act was pure love, gratitude and healing and the woman with long blonde hair closed her eyes and received it graciously to its fullest intention. Beautiful. Pure. Love.

I thought how in the world am I going to stumble upon an image of Mother Mary (or someone that fits that description) with someone's hands on her face? I went about my day. About an hour later I was cooking dinner and while I was waiting for the noodles to boil I thought I should practice my Reiki while I have a moment. I had forgotten all the self-Reiki hand placements so I got my notebook out. I did the first hand placement then moved on to the second placement. As soon as I touched my face I realized it was the same hand placement that was in the vision my grandmother shared. The woman with the long blonde hair in the image was me and the person putting their hands on her face was also me. The image was divine proof that I could be the full circle of providing and receiving love and healing.

I also know that you do not have to be a Reiki practitioner to do this. (I'm not fully certified yet) You just need the intention.  💛🙏🏻🕊
